This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a set of terms and conditions that govern your use of the Pobuu application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), a menstrual assistant tool designed for young women developed and operated by the Pobuu team. By downloading, installing, opening or using any function of the Pobuu App, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to all the contents of this Agreement, and you voluntarily accept the constraints of all terms hereof. If you do not agree with any content of this Agreement, you shall immediately stop downloading, installing and using the Pobuu App.
Pobuu is a free menstrual assistant App that does not require account registration or login for use. All core functions including menstrual cycle tracking, ovulation monitoring, daily physical condition recording and AI chat assistant are available to you without any account binding. You can use the App on your mobile device at any time and anywhere as long as the device supports the operation of the App, and you have the right to choose to stop using the App at any time for any reason.
You are entitled to use all the functional modules of Pobuu in accordance with the App's operating guidelines, including but not limited to recording menstrual start and end time, viewing menstrual cycle prediction, monitoring ovulation period, recording physical indicators such as weight, body temperature, sleep duration and water intake, checking interactive data charts, and consulting the built-in AI chat assistant for menstrual-related questions. The Pobuu team will continuously optimize and update the App's functions, and you will receive the latest function notifications through the App's internal prompt or application store update reminder.
When using the Pobuu App, you shall ensure that your use behavior complies with public morality and the basic norms of network usage, and shall not use the App for any illegal, improper or harmful purposes. You shall not tamper with, reverse engineer, decompile or modify the Pobuu App in any form, nor shall you use plug-ins, auxiliary tools or third-party software that are not authorized by the Pobuu team to interfere with the normal operation of the App, alter the App's functional display or steal relevant data of the App and other users.
You shall be solely responsible for all the information and data you input and record in the Pobuu App (hereinafter referred to as "User Data"), including the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of menstrual records, physical indicator data, daily notes and other content. The Pobuu team will not verify the User Data you input, and the App's data analysis, cycle prediction and ovulation monitoring results are all generated based on the User Data you provide. If the User Data is incorrect or incomplete, it may lead to inaccurate prediction and analysis results, and the Pobuu team shall not be responsible for any consequences arising therefrom.
You shall not use the AI chat function of the Pobuu App to send any irrelevant, offensive, abusive, obscene, violent or discriminatory information, nor shall you use the AI assistant to ask questions related to illegal acts, bad customs or non-menstrual health fields. The Pobuu team has the right to filter and block the information you send that violates the above norms, and may temporarily or permanently restrict your use of the AI chat function if the violation is serious.
The Pobuu App provides menstrual cycle tracking, ovulation monitoring and related health data recording functions to help you understand your physical condition, and the relevant results are for reference only. The App's pregnancy prevention and pregnancy assistance tips are based on general menstrual health knowledge and data analysis, and do not constitute professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment suggestions. If you have pregnancy planning, need to take pregnancy prevention measures or have any doubts about your physical condition, you shall consult a professional doctor or medical institution for personalized and professional suggestions.
The built-in AI chat assistant of Pobuu is developed to answer your common questions about menstrual health, and its answers are generated based on the menstrual health knowledge database built by the Pobuu team. The AI assistant's reply content is for reference only and shall not be regarded as professional medical guidance. If you feel any physical discomfort such as abnormal menstruation, severe abdominal pain, irregular body temperature or other uncomfortable symptoms, you shall seek medical attention from a regular hospital or professional medical institution as soon as possible, and shall not rely on the AI assistant's reply to delay medical treatment. The Pobuu team shall not be responsible for any health consequences arising from your reliance on the AI assistant's content.
The interactive charts of the Pobuu App are used to display the changes of your recorded physical indicators such as weight, body temperature, sleep duration and water intake over time, and provide a visual reference for your physical condition management. The data in the charts is only the information you input yourself, and the App does not make any medical evaluation or health judgment on the data. You shall combine your actual physical condition to reasonably interpret the chart data and adjust your living habits.
To provide you with a better user experience and more comprehensive functions, the Pobuu team will regularly or irregularly carry out update, upgrade and maintenance work on the App (hereinafter referred to as "Maintenance Work"). The Maintenance Work may include functional optimization, bug repair, new function addition, interface adjustment and data structure improvement. The Pobuu team will try to minimize the impact of Maintenance Work on your use, and will issue a prompt in the App in advance if the Maintenance Work needs to suspend the App's service.
You can choose to update the Pobuu App to the latest version through the official application store (such as Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.) at any time. The updated version of the App may add new terms to this Agreement according to the new functions and service adjustments, and the updated Agreement will be displayed in the App's prominent position. If you continue to use the updated App, it means that you have agreed to the updated Agreement; if you do not agree with the updated Agreement, you can stop using the App and delete it from your device.
If the Pobuu App cannot be used normally due to factors such as your mobile device system version is too low, incompatible software installation, network failure or device hardware damage, the Pobuu team will provide technical tips as much as possible, but shall not be responsible for the direct or indirect losses caused by the above factors to your use of the App.
All intellectual property rights of the Pobuu App, including but not limited to software copyright, trademark right, patent right, graphic design right, text content right, data base right and all other intellectual property rights related to the App, are exclusively owned by the Pobuu team. Without the prior written authorization of the Pobuu team, you shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, modify, adapt or translate the App's any content, function, interface design or related materials in any form, nor shall you use the Pobuu trademark, logo or related images for any commercial or non-commercial promotion activities.
The User Data you input and record in the Pobuu App is your personal content, and you own the relevant copyright. The Pobuu team will only use your User Data for the App's internal data analysis, function display and personalized service provision in accordance with the Pobuu Privacy Policy, and will not use, disclose or transfer your User Data for any other purpose without your permission.
If you find that any third party infringes the intellectual property rights of the Pobuu App or steals the App's relevant content, you are welcome to inform the Pobuu team in a timely manner, and the team will take legal measures to protect its intellectual property rights in accordance with the law.
You can terminate your use of the Pobuu App at any time, and the termination method includes but is not limited to deleting the App from your mobile device, stopping inputting new User Data and closing all App functions. After you terminate the use, the Pobuu team will stop providing you with all App services, and the local data of the App on your device will be retained according to your device settings (you can manually delete the local data at any time).
If your use behavior seriously violates the terms of this Agreement, the Pobuu team has the right to terminate your use rights of the Pobuu App at any time, including but not limited to restricting your access to all functions of the App, clearing the relevant data of your App use, and the team does not need to notify you in advance for the above measures. If you cause losses to the Pobuu team or other users due to your violation of the Agreement, you shall bear the corresponding compensation responsibility.
After the termination of the App use rights, the terms of this Agreement that are still valid by their nature will continue to be binding on both parties, including but not limited to intellectual property protection, user liability, data privacy protection and other terms.
The Pobuu team reserves the right to modify and update this Agreement at any time according to the development of the App, changes in service content and relevant industry norms. The modified Agreement will be released in the prominent position of the Pobuu App (such as the App's setting page, user agreement page) and will take effect from the date of release. The updated Agreement will replace the original Agreement, and the original Agreement will automatically become invalid after the new Agreement takes effect.
The Pobuu team will try to inform you of the modification of the Agreement through reasonable ways such as App internal pop-up prompts, push notifications or page reminders. If you continue to use the Pobuu App after the Agreement is modified, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to the modified Agreement; if you do not agree with the modified Agreement, you shall stop using the App immediately and delete it from your device.
The Pobuu team attaches great importance to your user experience and will actively collect your suggestions and feedback on the App's functions, interface design, use experience and other aspects. You can send your feedback, questions, suggestions or complaints about the App to the Pobuu official contact email at any time, and the team will reply to you as soon as possible after receiving your message.
If you encounter any problems during the use of the Pobuu App, such as function failure, data display error, AI assistant abnormal response or other technical problems, you can also contact the official email for technical support. The Pobuu team will arrange professional technical personnel to solve your problems and optimize the App according to your feedback.
