This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is formulated by the Pobuu team (hereinafter referred to as the "We/Us/Our") to protect the personal information and data security of users (hereinafter referred to as the "You/Your") who use the Pobuu menstrual assistant App (hereinafter referred to as the "App"). This Policy details the types of data we collect when you use the Pobuu App, the purpose and method of using the data, the way we protect the data, and the rights you have regarding your personal data. Pobuu adheres to the core principles of "security, privacy and user-friendly", and we are committed to providing you with the most comprehensive data protection while bringing you a high-quality menstrual management experience. By downloading, installing and using the Pobuu App, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to all the contents of this Policy, and agree to our collection, use and protection of your relevant data in accordance with the provisions of this Policy.

Pobuu is an App that does not require account registration or login, and we will not collect any of your account-related information such as mobile phone number, email address, social media account or ID card information during your use of the App. All data generated by your use of the App is closely related to your personal menstrual health and physical condition, and we will take the most stringent protection measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data, and will never disclose, transfer or sell your personal data to any third party without your explicit permission.

1. Types of Data We Collect

All the data we collect when you use the Pobuu App is the data you actively input and record in the App (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Health Data"), and we will not collect any passive data without your consent. The collection of all data is based on your voluntary behavior, and you have the right to choose whether to input, modify or delete the relevant data at any time. The types of Personal Health Data we collect include the following categories:

• Menstrual cycle related data: including the start and end date of your menstrual period, menstrual cycle length, menstrual flow, menstrual symptoms (such as abdominal pain, breast tenderness, fatigue, etc.) and other information you record;
• Ovulation and fertility related data: including the ovulation day you mark, ovulation symptoms, pregnancy planning status and other information you input;
• Physical indicator data: including your recorded daily weight, basal body temperature, sleep duration, daily water intake, diet status and other physical health related indicators;
• Daily recording content: including your personal notes, mood status, exercise situation and other daily content you record in the App;
• AI chat records: including the questions you ask the App's built-in AI chat assistant and the interactive content between you and the AI assistant.

Except for the above Personal Health Data you actively input, we will not collect any other information about you, including but not limited to your device information, network information, geographic location information, browsing history, contact list or any other personal identification information. The Pobuu App does not have any function of collecting passive data, and all data in the App is generated by your own input behavior.

2. Purpose and Method of Data Use

We use the Personal Health Data you input only for the provision of the Pobuu App's core functions and the optimization of your user experience, and will not use your data for any other commercial or non-commercial purposes. The specific purposes and methods of data use are as follows:

• Provide menstrual cycle and ovulation prediction: We analyze your recorded menstrual start and end time and cycle length to generate personalized menstrual cycle prediction and ovulation period monitoring results, and display them to you through the App's interface;
• Generate interactive data charts: We sort out and analyze your recorded physical indicator data (weight, body temperature, sleep, water intake, etc.) and generate visual interactive charts to help you intuitively understand the changes of your physical condition over time;
• Support AI chat assistant interaction: We use your input questions to match the relevant content in the App's menstrual health knowledge database, and let the AI chat assistant provide you with corresponding answer content; your chat records will only be stored locally on your device to support the continuity of AI interaction;
• Optimize App functions and user experience: We will conduct anonymous and aggregated statistical analysis on the user data collected by the App (excluding any personal identifiable data) to understand the user's use habits and functional needs, and further optimize the App's function design, interface display and operation experience. The anonymous aggregated data after statistical analysis will not be associated with any individual user, and no one can infer the personal information of any user from the aggregated data;
• Store your personal data: We store your Personal Health Data locally on your mobile device to ensure that you can view and edit your recorded data at any time, and the data will be retained on your device until you manually delete it.

We will never use your Personal Health Data for advertising promotion, data sales, third-party cooperation or any other profit-making activities, nor will we use your data to send you any unsolicited push information or advertising content. The Pobuu App does not contain any advertising components, and we will not use your data to cooperate with any third-party advertising platform or marketing institution.

3. Data Storage and Protection Measures

Pobuu attaches great importance to the security of your Personal Health Data, and we have adopted a number of technical and management protection measures to ensure that your data is not lost, stolen, tampered with or disclosed. The core storage principle of the App is "local storage first", and all your Personal Health Data is mainly stored on your own mobile device, and we will not upload your personal data to our server without your explicit permission.

If you choose to use the App's optional cloud backup function (if any), your data will be encrypted and uploaded to our official cloud server, and the server will use bank-level encryption technology to store your data, and only you can view and restore your backup data through the relevant verification methods set by yourself. We will regularly back up the cloud server data to prevent data loss caused by server failure, and the cloud server is managed and maintained by professional technical personnel to ensure the security of the server system.

We have formulated a strict internal data management system, and only the professional technical personnel of the Pobuu team who are responsible for App function optimization and server maintenance can access the anonymous aggregated data (excluding personal identifiable data), and all personnel have signed a strict confidentiality agreement. Any personnel who violate the confidentiality agreement and disclose the relevant data will bear the corresponding responsibility. We will regularly update and upgrade the App's data encryption technology and server security system to resist various network security threats such as hacker attacks, virus intrusion and data leakage.

You can protect the security of your Personal Health Data by setting a lock screen password for your mobile device, enabling the App's independent password lock function (if any) or biometric authentication (fingerprint, face recognition, etc.). If you lose your mobile device or your device is stolen, you can delete the Pobuu App's local data through the relevant remote operation function of your device system to prevent your personal data from being leaked. We shall not be responsible for the data leakage caused by your improper protection of your device or your voluntary disclosure of your device information to others.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We adhere to the principle of "no sharing, no disclosure" for your Personal Health Data, and we will never share, transfer, rent or sell your any Personal Health Data to any third party (including but not limited to enterprises, institutions, individuals or other organizations) without your explicit written permission. Under no circumstances will we disclose your personal data to any third party for profit-making purposes.

We will only disclose your Personal Health Data in the following limited circumstances, and we will take the necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the disclosed data:

• Your explicit permission: We will disclose your relevant data to the designated third party only when you provide your explicit written permission or make a clear authorization through the App's functional operation;

The Pobuu App does not contain any third-party plug-ins, SDK or embedded code that can collect user data, and we will not cooperate with any third-party data collection institution to collect, use or disclose your Personal Health Data. We will not share your data with any social media platform, e-commerce platform, advertising company or other third-party applications.

5. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data

As the owner of the Personal Health Data in the Pobuu App, you have the full right to control and manage your data, and we will fully protect your relevant rights in accordance with the provisions of this Policy. Your specific rights include the following:

• Right to view and edit: You can view all the Personal Health Data you have recorded in the App at any time, and have the right to modify, supplement or correct the incorrect or incomplete data at any time;
• Right to delete data: You can delete any single record data (such as a certain menstrual record, a certain weight data) or all the Personal Health Data in the App at any time through the App's built-in delete function. After you delete the data, the data will be completely cleared from your local device (the deleted local data cannot be recovered);
• Right to export data: You can export your recorded Personal Health Data in the App to your mobile device in a common file format (such as CSV, Excel) through the App's data export function (if any), and you can save or back up the data by yourself;
• Right to stop data collection: Since all data collection of the App is based on your active input, you can stop the collection of your data at any time by stopping inputting new content in the App. You can also delete the Pobuu App from your device to completely stop our access to any of your data;
• Right to inquire about data: If you have any questions about the storage, use or protection of your Personal Health Data, you can contact our official email at any time to inquire, and we will reply to you with a detailed answer within a reasonable time.

We will not set any obstacles to your exercise of the above rights, and the App's functional design will fully support your free operation of the above data management behaviors. 6. Data Protection for Minors

Pobuu is an App designed for young women, and we attach great importance to the personal data protection of minor users (users under the age of 18). If you are a minor user, you shall use the Pobuu App under the supervision and guidance of your legal guardian (parents or other guardians), and your legal guardian shall read and agree to this Policy on your behalf before you use the App.

We will take more stringent measures to protect the Personal Health Data of minor users, and will not collect any extra data from minor users beyond the App's core function needs. The legal guardian of the minor user has the right to inquire, modify, delete or stop the use of the minor's Personal Health Data in the App by contacting our official email, and we will respond to the guardian's request in a timely manner and provide the corresponding assistance.

We will not use the Personal Health Data of minor users for any purpose other than the provision of the App's core functions, nor will we disclose the minor's data to any third party without the explicit consent of the legal guardian. 7. Modification and Update of the Policy

We may modify and update this Privacy Policy at any time according to the development of the Pobuu App, the adjustment of data protection measures and the changes of relevant industry norms and user needs. The modified Policy will be released in the prominent position of the App (such as the App's setting page, privacy policy page) and will take effect from the date of release. The updated Policy will replace the original Policy, and the original Policy will automatically become invalid after the new Policy takes effect.
